Who we are
Vocal Guardians is a partnership between Liz Flint and Penny-Anne O'Donnell, providing certification, training, and consultancy services for vocal health in children's performing arts.

When you register your interest via our website, we collect:

Your role (e.g. producer, training provider, voice coach, parent)

Send you updates about Vocal Guardians, including pilot programme opportunities
Invite you to events, workshops, or consultations
Share information about our certification and services
Understand who is interested in our work (by analysing role types in aggregate)

Your data is stored securely using Squarespace and Google Workspace. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
We do not store payment or financial information via this website.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list. If you unsubscribe, we will delete your data within 30 days, unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.
If you register interest but we have no contact with you for 3 years, we will remove your data from our records.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We may share your data with:
Email service providers (e.g. Mailchimp) to send you communications
Website hosting providers (e.g. Squarespace) to operate our website
These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are contractually required to protect your data in accordance with GDPR.
